1. The service
AI Hairstyle Preview (the "App") is a reference tool that renders hairstyles and hair colors onto a photo you provide using AI. By installing or using the App you agree to these terms.
2. Credits and payments
- Generating a preview consumes credits. Credits are obtained through in-app purchases or by watching rewarded ads, which have a daily limit.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged for money. Uninstalling the App or switching devices may lose remaining credits.
- Payments are processed by Google Play Billing; refunds follow the Google Play refund policy.
- If a generation fails, the credit is returned automatically.
- Prices and credit packs may change with prior notice.
3. About AI results
- Result images are AI-generated composites and do not guarantee the outcome of an actual haircut or coloring. Face shape, hair texture, and lighting can make real results differ.
- The same photo and style may produce a different result each time, and some photos (obstructed, low-resolution, side views) may yield lower quality.
- Any salon or purchase decision based on a preview is your own responsibility.
4. Acceptable use
- Use only photos of yourself, or of people who have consented to their photo being used. Do not upload photos of others without permission.
- Do not create images of minors or public figures for unlawful, deceptive, or defamatory purposes.
- Do not reverse-engineer the App, server, or AI systems, or send abnormally high volumes of requests.
- Violations may lead to suspension without prior notice.
5. Content rights
You retain all rights to the photos you upload. We process them only as needed to produce the preview. You may freely save and share the generated results for personal use. The App's design, code, and style data remain the property of the developer.
6. Changes and discontinuation
Style and color catalogs, features, and AI models may be added or changed without notice. If the service is shut down entirely, we will announce it inside the App at least 30 days in advance. Maintenance, outages, or third-party AI service issues may temporarily interrupt the service.
7. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the developer makes no warranty regarding result accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or data loss, and is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
8. Privacy
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these terms
Updates are posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
