1. Overview
AI Hairstyle Preview (the "App") lets you try hairstyles and hair colors on a photo of yourself using AI. This policy explains what information the App processes and how.

3. How photos are handled
- Only the photo you pick from the system photo picker or take with the camera is sent to the App. The App never scans your gallery.
- The photo is transmitted over HTTPS to our server, which forwards it to an AI image service (Google Gemini API) to render the result.
- The original photo lives only in memory while the render runs and is discarded once the result is final. It is not stored, used for training, or reused.
- The result image is kept on the server for up to 30 days so that the completion notification and library re-download work, then it is deleted automatically.
- The result is also saved on your device. You can delete it from the library at any time.
4. AI processing and third parties
Rendering is performed with Google's Gemini API. Photos are passed to that API solely to produce the preview and are handled under Google's API data terms. We do not sell or share your photos with anyone for any other purpose.
5. Device identifier and credits
On first launch the App creates a random identifier (UUID) and stores it on your device. It is not linked to your real identity and is used only to track your credit balance, restore in-app purchases, and verify rewarded-ad views. Uninstalling the App removes the identifier; remaining credits cannot be recovered.
6. In-app purchases
Credit purchases are processed by Google Play Billing; we never receive your payment details. We use RevenueCat to manage purchase state, which receives the device identifier and purchase receipt.
7. Advertising
The App shows Google AdMob ads (banner, interstitial, rewarded, native). AdMob may collect the advertising ID (GAID), IP address, and device information to serve ads and prevent fraud. Users in the EEA, UK, and similar regions see a consent screen for personalized ads first; you can decline and still use the App. See the Google Privacy Policy.
8. Notifications
When a preview finishes, the App shows a local notification generated on your device. No data is sent to a push server. You can turn notifications off in system settings.
9. Feedback
If you use "Send feedback", your message together with the App version, device model, and OS version is sent to our server. It is used only to respond and improve the App, and is kept for up to one year after resolution.
10. Permissions
- Photos / media — to load the photo you choose. The Android photo picker is used, so full gallery access is not requested.
- Camera — only when you take a photo directly.
- Notifications — completion alerts (optional).
- Internet — AI processing, credits, ads.
11. Retention and deletion
Original photos are discarded immediately after processing; result images expire on the server after 30 days. Device identifier and credit records are kept while the service operates and are deleted promptly on request.
12. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data. If we learn that such data was collected, we delete it immediately.
13. Your rights
You can delete result images (library), disable notifications, and withdraw ad-personalization consent (settings) at any time, and request deletion of any server-side data via the contact below. We will guide you on locating your device identifier.
14. Changes
Updates are posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes are also announced inside the App.
